A relevant University Degree or Fresh Graduate
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
To successfully conduct inbound / outbound calls, handle emails, faxes and mail, whilst understanding client's customer care philosophy and correctly interpreting customers' comments.
Able to handle inbound / outbound requests via multiple channels (phone, email, mail, fax).
Able to collect and handle personal information with care and respect (confidentiality).
Act as an ambassador of the brand.
Able to work under pressure
