Flagship Boutique Manager - AED 25,000 + Commission / Benefits, Dubai. This is a monumental opportunity to join one of the founders of the luxury world. Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flagship Store Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day store operations and you will need to develop the boutique turnover by managing the buying of ranges. There will be a large team of over 30 staff, including division managers and sales assistants. You must have excellent people manaEingent skills, be able to coordinate the scheduling, resolve staff issues and ensure adequate cover during your frequent trips. This role will involve a great deal of business management cost management, conducting floorwals, reguy monitoring stock levels / movement and conducting regular audits in order to minimize shrinkage. This role will involve regular travel to Europe. As you will be based in the store, you will be expected to work retail hours in a 5-day week and your office will be based in the boutique. You need to be university educated with a natural commercial awareness and at least 5 years experience as a Boutique Manager within the luxury retail sector. All candidates must have strong operational skills, a second sense about stock selection and a natural confidence when dealing with the most VIP customers. Your presentation and grooming should reflect the classic and refined attributes of our client and all candidates must have superb communication skills in English; Arabic and/or French would be advantageous.
