• Accurately raising the invoices of customer requirements.
• Communicating customer orders to Stock controller / Parts Manager by filling the appropriate forms.
• Establishing a follow-up communication with the customer for parts arrival or delay in delivery.
• Attending telephone inquiries from customers for parts prices and availability.
• Preparing price quotation for corporate/individual customers in a timely manner.
• Maintaining records of all quotations and inquiries for follow-up sale calls.
• Updating Stock controller/ Parts Manager on current stocks and projected sales based upon customer inquiries.
• Maintaining a congenial working relationship with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
• Attending departmental meetings to be fully appraised with departmental developments.
• Following the QMA procedures & guidelines.
• Working flexible hours depending on the workload.
