Assist the sales team with the management of ongoing projects and sales to ensure client
satisfaction and the achievement of sales goals.
Assist the team with administrative tasks

Manage the production, delivery, and invoicing of client orders
• Manage projects from the time the order is taken through the delivery to the client :
facilitate production of design documents by the design studio, inform the accounting
department of deposit payments, prepare and send Purchase Orders to the factories,
follow up with factories to ensure that they have all information necessary for production,
provide information to the logistics service and confirm delivery, follow-up on client balance
payments
• Prepare sales documents : quote, order confirmation, PO, invoice
• Respond quickly and accurately to questions from clients, the design studio, the factories, and
the logistics service.
• Exceptionally, in case of need (due to vacation time or exceptional work flow), prepare
AutoCAD production plans

Administrative Tasks
• Welcome clients to the showroom : provide information in the absence of a Sales Associate,
offer beverages
• Respond to phone calls
• Prepare & send packages (marketing materials, samples, drawings for approval, etc) to clients
• Provide information to the Operations Manager relevant to the preparation of sales statistics

SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED

Skills :
Strong organizational & time mangement skills
Software : Mastery of Word and Excel essential, AutoCAD and order management software a
plus
Experience in applied arts field
Excellent written and oral expression
Bilingual English

Ability to resolve problems rapidly and effectively with perfect communication skills (patience,
and no irritation signs)
