Brand Manager (male candidates only) Up to AED 23,000 + Bonus, Dubai. Our client is building their international luxury fashion brand portfolio and they are looking for a strong Brand Manager. You need to have a flair for fashion and be brand conscious, with an insight in the fashion trends and sensitivity within the Arab world for an easy integration in the culture. Due to the KSA market, our client requires a male candidate. You will represent the brand and ensure the brand's standards and protocols are implemented at all times. You will manage specified brands whilst maximizing and optimizing its sales. You will be required to attend frequent buying trips, visit the stores around the Gulf and ensure the stores are stocked as per market requirements. You will recommend the introduction of new brands if necessary and prepare annual sales forecast for the designated outlets based on a study of the market trends, suppliers' agreements and group forecasts, so that structured sales activities are carried out for achievement of goals. Our client needs people who have an MBA in Business from a reputed university. An additional diploma in Fashion is definitely a plus. You must have at least 3-5 years experience as a Brand Manager for a luxury fashion brand. Core co mpetencies that you will require include budget planning, sales forecasting, detailed financial and sales performance analysis and strong team leadership skills. You must be a good negotiator, persistent and visionary, able to provide a clear path and development strategy for the brand. All candidates must have fluent English and preference will be given to Arabic speaker
