Our client is currently seeking a driven professional to support a busy Senior Executive by coordinating administrative interactions among the Executive’s overseas and Abu Dhabi constituents. You will also establish basic administrative systems in his office. As a mature and personable individual, your role will be interesting, diverse and demanding, with occasional requests to work outside of dedicated office hours, so flexibility is a key element of this role. This organisation is seeking an individual who can demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills in order to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. Enthusiasm and a desire to learn the business, in order to ensure clients receive an excellent service, are also highly important, together with a high standard of secretarial and administrative capabilities.
