Store Manager

Store Manager - AED 15,000 + Commission. Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our client is a well-established trading group in the UAE with a unique bedding retail concept. They are searching for a highly professional Store Manager who can look after the day-to-day operations. There are two positions, one in Abu Dhabi and one in Dubai. This role will involve customer interfacing, liaising with the head office and managing a small team of retail staff. You will need to motivate and train your team on customer service, product knowledge and core sales skills. You must ensure that targets are achieved, staff rosters are set, stock inventory is managed and that the day-to-day running of the store is as per company policy. You will be expected to deal with clients of a very VIP nature and this will involve long sales presentations and preparing quotations for special requests. At times you will need to liaise with a marketing agency for any trade marketing activities. Our client has requested that all candidates have experience in an interior / furniture retail environment. Training will be provided but you need to already have a good retail management base. This is a very hands-on role where you will have to lead by example. All candidates must have excellent English and Arabic would be a great advantage. You must have excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of MS Office and have a natural team leadership spirit.
