Payroll Officer

Payroll Officer - AED 8,000. Dubai. Our client, a leading healthcare products retailer in the Middle East and North Africa regions, is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their expanding accounts department in Dubai. Employee salaries will be totally your responsibility. The role will involve ensuring that all requirements are met for punctual and efficient payroll processing. Employee-related data will be maintained in the employee master including introducing new employees and changes in existing employee status - promotions, transfers and salary increases. You will be responsible for the preparation and calculation of employee leave salary; end-of-term settlement / gratuity and air ticket accruals. You will maintain excellent relationships and customer services to all internal employees. Payroll-related reports will be generated and submitted to the management. Other ad hoc administrative duties may be required. Our client has requested for a female Arabic speaker with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, is a prerequisite; experience in other accounting software packages will be advantageous. You will be a team player and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
