We have several positions available for qualified, professional Commercial Managers and Senior Quantity Surveyors. The construction companies that are seeking to hire these candidates are prestigious, progressive companies of both local and multinational backgrounds which are based in Dubai. They are proceeding with large projects that have a life span of several years. The successful candidates must have several years experience working as a Construction Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for material take-off, estimations, document control, contract review and management, project management and QA/QC procedures. A minimum of 8 years experience, two being in the GCC is necessary. The Commercial Manager role will assume full management of all tender activities, requests for proposals, as well as technical and financial documents in both local and international formats. He/she will also be responsible for financial and business development activities ensuring the company has strategic and implementation plans to ensure their competitive position in the market. Leadership skills and at least 5 years experience in the concrete industry are essential.
