SENIOR HR MANAGER - ABU DHABI. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Negotiable Salary + Package. The client requires a Senior HR Manager to lead their people practices in the business to be the first-choice employer, with the ability to attract and retain the best quality staff on the project through its expansion, and to ensure continuing long-term growth. Reporting directly to the GM, you will be responsible for all personnel and the development of the HR team relating to this scheme. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years postgraduate experience and at least 5 years in the Gulf as an HR Manager facilitating large-scale manpower schemes.
