SR. CITY FACILITIES MANAGER - ABU DHABI - LARGE RESIDENTIAL SITE. Negotiable Salary + Package. This is an opportunity to manage the operational department with one of the largest FM companies in the UAE. The client requires a Facilities Manager to have total management over the residential city to inevitably ensure there is clean, safe and comfortable living accommodation within the area, and maintain all infrastructure and buildings on the site to ensure continuing long-term growth of projects. You will play a pivotal role in this scheme and will report directly to the GM. The successful candidate must have 10 - 15 years experience and at least 5 years in the Gulf in a very similar position, with experience working on high-value schemes. You must be educated to a sufficient level; military background is an advantage. quoting Ref. APH/0812-124/23/12.
