CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - FM - ABU DHABI. LARGE SCALE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT. Excellent Salary + Expat Package. This is an opportunity to be the COO for one of the largest Facility Management companies in the UAE, which manages residential cities. The client requires a Chief Operating Officer to lead this business to be a self-sustaining and cash positive project through its expansion and ensure continuing long-term growth. You will be responsible for all personnel and control relating to the scheme. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years senior management experience and at least 5 years in the Gulf facilitating large-scale, complex, high-value contracts. You will have visionary leadership skills and will have experience reporting to a board of directors.
