CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - Our client a leading oil and lubricants company is looking for a customer service manager to be based in Dubai. The candidate should be a graduate in science / Commerce preferably in management degree with 8-10 years of GCC experience. Job responsibilities includes, providing help and advice to customers, using the organization's products or services; communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face; handling customer complaints or any crises, such as security issues or a customer being taken ill; issuing refunds or compensation to customers leading or supervising a team of customer service staff etc., Ability to speak English, Arabic and French is a must. He / She must have good man management, Leadership and presentation skills. Salary: AED 20,000 (Negotiable). / Ref: 117-1/2512
