TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Our client a leading retail group dealing with luxury brands based in Dubai is looking for a Training & Development Manager. The ideal candidate must have10 years of relevant experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a training team. Must be able to conversant all training related processes viz. Need identification, validation training MIS, program creation, training calendar roll out. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills. Salary: AED 18000 – AED 20000.
