Full-time OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL LEAD ENGINEERS

OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL LEAD ENGINEERS (INDIA) A multinational organization providing engineering, procurement, project management and construction services for the Oil & Gas industry, with capabilities in designing and executing large-scale offshore and onshore projects, wishes to recruit Engineers for the above positions. Candidate Profile: Candidates should be Civil / Structural Engineers (BE / BTech) with knowledge of and exposure to offshore structures. Good working knowledge of API RP2A and AISC codes is essential. Engineers should have at least 15 years experience in order to lead the offshore project independently. Software Knowledge: SACS / FASTRUDL / ANSYS / COSMOS / MOSES. Key Responsibilities: Perform conceptual, FEED and detailed designs of offshore structures (jackets, piles, decks, topside modules, FPSO modules, etc.) Prepare structural design basis / specifications / work procedures / cost estimates and carry out global structural analysis. Perform finite element analysis on critical structural components and apply the results to the design. Produce, organize and coordinate the production of structural analyses reports and specifications. Identify and specify the materials and welding standards as applicable to the design. Prepare weight control reports and material take-offs. Interface with clients and coordinate with other disciplines. An excellent salary complements the position.
