CUSTOMER SERVICE / LOGISTICS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE. Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service / Logistics & Admin Executive. The ideal candidate will be a graduate, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE. Responsibilities: Handle the front office and customer enquiries. Update and follow up on order status and shipping details. Arrange and communicate sales orders to different source units. Perform logistics and warehousing-related documentation & procedures. Manage independent correspondence, travel arrangements and the filing system of all customer orders. Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in order processing modules in the SAP system.
