HEAD OF FINANCE. In order to streamline and enhance the finance function of this large and highly reputed organization, we wish to identify a senior finance professional who would fulfill this role, meet the criteria and assume the following responsibilities. Personal Profile: A CA/CPA with minimum ten to fifteen years experience at a senior level and in heading the finance function of a large business group or organization. Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement the financial strategy. Ensure cash flows are aligned to projections. Annual budgeting and financial planning. Develop a framework for working capital management. Monitor expense and control. Relationship management with banks and consulting firms. Ensure effective cash management. Oversee legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain control on expenditure and processing. Funding. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
