After Sales Manager – Location: Al Ain. An established group of companies is looking for candidates for the following position for their automobile division: *Candidates should be able to manage all after-sales operations and ensure the achievement of targets by managing and coaching the service & parts staff and support staff. *Candidates must have 8 – 10 years of related sales experience in automobiles or a related industry, of which 4 years should have been in a managerial capacity. *They should be able to ensure the resolution of service and parts department customer complaints, and coordinate with other cross-functional managers for the same. *Good planning, organizing skills, leadership competency, communication and negotiation skills. *Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic essential.
