HR HEAD - ARAB / AED 30,000 - AED 40,000 GROSS + ANNUAL BENEFITS. An exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional within a reputed group in Dubai. Age 35 - 48, graduate, with 10 - 15 years experience in a multicultural environment. Fantastic scope to handle the entire gamut of HR functions and best practices, lead organizational development initiatives, implement and administer PMS, prepare and implement the competency model. Other functions would include: Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Policies & Procedures, Employee Welfare, HRIMS, maintaining the HR database and recording of day-to-day HR activities.
