WESTERN / SOUTH AFRICA-EDUCATED CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. Salary up to Dhs 30,000 + Benefits. Our client is an international technology manufacturer based in Jebel Ali. Candidates will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management and import & export in the Middle East region. Applicants should have experience of managing 100+ customers. Duties include managing the logistics process between factories and customers, being the lead person for the customer service IT system and managing a team of 6 people.
