CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LARGE-SCALE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT - ABU DHABI. Excellent Salary + Expat Package. This is an opportunity to be the COO for one of the largest Facility Management companies in the UAE, which manages residential cities. The client requires a Chief Operating Officer to lead this business to be a self-sustaining and cash-positive project through its expansion and to ensure continuing long-term growth. You will be responsible for all personnel and control relating to the scheme. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of senior management experience and at least 5 years in the Gulf facilitating large-scale, complex, high-value contracts. You will have visionary leadership skills and will have experience reporting to a board of directors.
