Full-time MARKET RISK OFFICER

at ACCOUNTS MIDDLE EAST AUDITING in Dubai

MARKET RISK OFFICER - Location: Dubai. Job Code: : FBI/101/836. The applicants to have three to five years of Banking experience in Treasury and having a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance/ Economic, or Business Management may apply for this position. The position is responsible for ensuring the Bank maintains adequate market risk, thus ensuring the Bank is in full compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. It ensures that Bank comply with Basel II and regulatory requirement in terms of maintaining the minimum requirements and applying pillar I & II of Basel II. Develops and implements policies, procedures and systems for the identification, collection, analysis and management of risk related information and data. Contributing to the setting-up of an integrated risk management framework for the identification, measurement, monitoring and mitigation of operational, market and credit risks. Involvement in the validation of models for the purpose of risk valuation and measurement. Risk Management of products and services range from plain vanilla to exotics including cross-currency, path dependent callable structures. Contributing to the analysis of new products, trading or hedging strategies, by formulating recommendations on pricing, risk measurement, mitigation. Participating in assessing the methodology implemented in any new, contemplated system for any kind of business. Communicate with group risk and other areas as required to identify and react to new requirements.
