REGIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

REGIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS - This is a newly created position born out of a need to focus on organic growth of a specific category of products and lay emphasis on typical channel management, marketing and related strategic issues. The position is available with one of the largest and most prominent Lifestyle Business conglomerates in the UAE, with an interest in strengthening their business throughout the GCC. To be successful, the selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation of all trade marketing initiatives throughout the GCC. This will involve monitoring competitor activity, market research, activation recommendations per channel per country and developing marketing collateral as per country / distributor needs. Based on these, the person will participate in all strategic meetings and assist in the development of a comprehensive regional plan for both marketing and trade marketing initiatives. The person will also utilize his resources to manage existing key accounts, develop and expand the category’s presence and encourage their participation in all activities. He will also identify additional new and growing channels of distribution, identify new distributors in certain markets and build enduring relationships with the distributors as well as build brand loyalty with consumers. We seek MBAs with about 10 to 12 years of experience, most of which should have been in the management of key accounts, within the GCC. Experience of managing international brands, distributors / dealers, with excellent negotiation and communication abilities, is mandatory. Urgent assignment!
