Full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – UAE. The above position exists with our client, a multinational company involved in the manufacturing and distribution of FMCG products. Profile: • Supply planning and procurement, demand & change management, customer service management, logistics management, generation & review of KPIs. • Manage order cycle – ensure customers raise orders according to the forecast and drive supply chain by ensuring high CCFOT at optimal costs. • Drive Consensus Forecast Process by interacting with Sales, Marketing and Finance. Implement agreed plans and numbers across supply chain. • Inventory management - Agree inventory norms, analyze and implement safety stocks and suggest liquidation plans for low shelf life to minimize destruction. • Procurement of materials and maintenance of the min-max stock levels as per the agreed production plans and monitor the inbound delivery of goods. • Plan shipment forecasts by supplier based on market demands and lead time. Budgeting and strategic planning during stock crisis.
