DIRECTOR - M&A & DEBT / EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETS - USD 250,000 Plus Share Options, Excellent Bonus & Benefits. KSA. Our client is a newly established full-fledged investment company. Currently, having recently selected the Managing Director for this business from a leading global investment bank, it is now looking to fill the following two positions to provide the necessary support to management, Director M&A and Director Debt & Equity Capital Markets. You will have proven structuring, analysis and technical skills whilst being a motivated man manager. With a minimum of ten years experience in investment banking, ideally bulge bracket, you will also have a solid education from a leading institute and a proven track record, preferably in an international basis. Ideally from the European or Asian market, you will have successfully delivered in M&A or for the capital markets position greater exposure to DCM will add significant value to this strong team.
