UK-EDUCATED MEP PROJECTS MANAGER. Salary up to Dhs 45,000 + Benefits + Bonus. Our Dubai-based client, with a workforce in excess of 3,000, is one of the largest and most respected FM providers in the UAE delivering total facilities management services to residential, industrial and commercial properties throughout the Emirates. A number of recently awarded prestigious contracts require the appointment of an experienced MEP professional. Candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in MEP projects and be MEP qualified. Reporting directly to the British GM, duties will include winning new business, driving through efficiency initiatives / improved delivery standards within existing contracted business and leading a well-established MEP services department. Negotiation and man-management skills are essential pre-requisites to succeed in this role.
