HEAD OF WEALTH MANAGEMENT - A senior level appointment with a growing commercial bank in the region. The role holder will be expected to lead various initiatives within the department by managing and expanding the high net worth client base and the assets under management. Working with a team, he / she will co-ordinate to provide new product development activities with internal and external providers and ensure superior service delivery standards by constantly monitoring the key service performance indicators. Additionally this would necessitate the need for developing aggressive expansion and distribution plans to ensure market coverage and customer reach. Applicants to this position should necessarily have 12- 15 years banking experience and possess relevant exposure to distribution of investment products. In the last 3- 5 years he/ she should have had a leadership position wherein skills like team management, relationship building and the managing a profit center have beenwell honed.
