Production Manager – AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 + Bonus. Dubai. Our client, an innovative Italy-based company, has recently opened a facility in the Jebel Ali vicinity and is recruiting for a Production Manager to supervise a team of approximately 110 employees from various cultures. This fast-growing company is the industry leader in the manufacture and assembly of custom designed ready-made rooms that are installed in commercial and residential projects. This prefabricated concept has been well accepted in the construction industry in the UAE which therefore requires the company to hire a manager to assume the responsibility of ensuring production is able to meet demand.
To be successful in this position, the candidate must have:

• A Civil Engineering degree
• Experience working in interior residential and commercial projects in the UAE
• Familiarity with reading construction plans / drawings
• Experience in production planning and scheduling
• Strategic planning skills
• Project management abilities
• Ability to motivate and supervise shift work teams
• Knowledge of health & safety procedures
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic would be an advantage)
