HR Manager Recruitment Focus - Dubai. Do you have strong recruitment experience? Are you interested in taking the next step in your career and moving into a generalist HR role which will build on your recruitment skills and further your development? Our client works in the food supply and catering industry and has extensive operations throughout the broader region. This position reports to the Senior HR Manager and sits within one of the divisions. The role has a very strong recruitment focus due to widespread and rapid growth. You will be responsible for the timely and efficient recruitment and mobilization of staff within the division and will be expected to develop innovative methods of meeting recruitment targets. Being imbedded in the division, you will need to work with management to provide advice on HR issues and to ensure that HR functions are consistent across all divisional business units. You will work closely with the Senior HR Manager to advise and co-ordinate on remuneration reviews, will assist in implementing and reviewing policies and procedures and will provide professional HR services to employees. You must have a minimum of three years experience in recruitment or in a generalist HR role and complete fluency in both written and spoken English. Educated to degree level in HR, you will have strong problem solving and communication skills. Teamwork and independence are equally important. The position requires some travel to difficult locations, so the willingness to travel is an absolute necessity. Our client is specifically seeking candidates who have been educated and have had work experience in western countries.
