SALES MANAGER - Up to AED 20,000/-. Dubai. Our client is a locally based company and a leading supplier for the HORECA and bakery trade channels. Their operations cover the U.A.E. and Oman, offering comprehensive dairy, bakery, confectionery and catering ingredient solutions. The ideal candidate needs to be familiar with the principals of FMCG distribution and should have a good grasp of team management and the know how to As the Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team in the execution of the agreed upon sales strategy, to achieve company tasked sales targets, ensuring the long-term profitability of all sales territories and key accounts within the U.A.E. and Oman foodservice trade channel. You will also need to seek out new customer sales opportunities, support and lead the execution of new product launch sales plans, exceed annual business targets and objectives in terms of volume, revenue and gross margin. This is a sales role. Our client is looking for smartly presented candidates from the Indian subcontinent, with excellent English. All candidates need to have at least 7 years experience in FMCG / B2B sales, and preference will be given to those who have worked within the food sector / HORECA channel.
