HR Manager - Attractive Package. Doha. Our client specialises in audiovisual, security, control, fire, lighting, IT, broadcasting and hospitality management systems. They have developed over 180 projects over its entire history for a range of industries including government institutions, educational and healthcare organisations, as well as for hoteliers, retailers and international developers, which has made them a leader in systems integration in Qatar. They are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager. The role will encompass the development of the HR function, requiring the development of policies, procedures and formalising a strong organisational structure. You will conduct job analyses, write job descriptions and work on an evaluation process. You will also be responsible for training, including induction and performance appraisal; compensation and benefits will form part of your responsibilities and you will oversee and finalise the recruitment process. You will report directly to the Chairman and be required to supervise the HR department. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be educated to at least degree level in HR and have a minimum of 6-10 years experience. Our client has specified that they are only willing to consider candidates who have stayed for extended periods with an employer. A natural communicator in English and knowledge of Arabic would be seen as desirable but not essential.
