Job Description Responsibilities:- sound knowledge of price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support best deal for the company, by purchasing highest quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost to their companies Through knowledge of sales records and inventory levels of current stock, identify foreign and domestic suppliers, and keep abreast of changes affecting both the supply of, and demand for, needed products and materials. must have a working technical knowledge of the goods or services to be purchased Keeping track of stock on the site and in the inventory with the help of store keeper and preparing reports of items required. preparing weekly reports and submitting it to head office Sound knowledge of all procedures and maintaining high level of quality awareness Skills ability to analyze technical data in suppliers' proposals; good communication negotiation, and mathematical skills knowledge of supply-chain management the ability to perform financial analyses Knowledge of current market suppliers, buying selling trends. Up to date with materials, their specs, market price etc Must be confident
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Min. 8-10 years experience in the construction industry with at least 6 yrs ++ in UAE construction industry with procurement in civil, mechanical or arcitectural experience.
Experience 8 - 20 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
