Compensation and Benefits Administrator - Up to AED 14,000, Dubai. Our client, a dominant player in the food and beverage industry, is looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Administrator who will support the Compensation and Benefits Manager for the MEA Region. The role will include administering the compensation policies and procedures which will involve dealing with issues around the annual compensation cycle, job evaluation for non-executive roles and ongoing general salary administration. You will maintain the HRIS database with up-to-date and accurate information on all employees and deal with monthly reports which will include statistics on staff turnover, sickness, annual leave absences and any other ad hoc reports the management may require. You will also support the department with recruitment activities such as coordinating applicant details, preparing any paperwork and dealing with production of letters during the recruitment process. In addition, you will be expected to deal with all internal correspondence for staff such as promotion letters, contract changes, maternity and termination. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment. You will have excellent organizational skills with a good eye for detail and be able to communicate well with people at all levels. You will be highly numerate and have proven advanced computer literacy skills together with a vast knowledge of Excel and data management.
