Our client, a leading service provider to the Automobile, Banking and Insurance Industries in the Middle East, is recruiting an Operations Manager for their office based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be a business graduate with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in auto/related field. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a large team enabling a leasing operation; extensive coordination with clients and timely reporting are key deliverables. A high degree of customer/process orientation is essential for this job and applicants must be capable of motivating a team towards continuous improvement.
