This role calls for an individual who is extremely organized with a very high attention to detail, but also be flexible in your approach. Within such a position, your willingness to take responsibility, trust and reliability is essential. You will be exposed to a variety of duties from diary management, travel arrangements, responding to any appropriate correspondence, producing documents and presentations, and generally be reactive and flexible to the Director's needs. You will also be involved in other tasks relating to office management and client administration and specific projects. Candidates must be trilingual and be able to speak Arabic, French and English fluently as the Director oversees the company's business interests in the Levant and North Africa region. To succeed in this role, excellent organisation, communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as is the ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office packages. The above package includes private medical, yearly bonus and sponsorship.
