Sales Representative: AED 9,000 + Commission - Dubai. Our client is an international company, originally from Canada and has over 150 branches worldwide including in the UAE. They are looking to increase their sales team with a result-oriented and motivated Sales Representative. Our client will help reduce paper wastage, ensure private documents remain confidential and help the environmental cause. You will be dealing with a very wide range of clients in a B2B context. This is a pure sales role that offers excellent growth potential for high achievers. You will be allocated a specific area in Dubai and be responsible for business development. This will involve planning your call cycle, identifying potential clients and making presentations in order to close the sale. Once the client has signed up, there is a team of customer service agents that will maintain the account. When there are new product developments, you will also have to look at upgrading their purchase with your existing client base. Candidates need to have a diploma or a university degree and at least three years experience in sales. This role requires a strong personality that is comfortable approaching new clients and building relationships. It is a hardcore sales role that needs someone who is numbers-driven and action orientated. You will be on your feet and in the marketplace 95% of the time. Your excellent communication skills in English, and preferably in Arabic, both verbal and non-verbal will be critical in creating a lasting impression.
