STRATA MANAGER - EXCELLENT PACKAGE. Qualification / experience in Strata Management. Working with high-rise and mixed-use development for 3 years. Managing each building as a business ensuring financial spending meets budget requirements for each building under their management, with the ability to identify cost areas requiring re-assessment. Experience in handling multicultural sets of customers. Ability to liaise with all levels - owners, building managers, contractors and other associated colleagues. Ability to maintain the standard for the Strata Management platform. Excellent understanding of the Strata Management budget requirements and financial processes. Initiative, with the ability to assist in developing the Strata area.
