COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ANALYST - MNC FMCG. Attractive Salary Plus Benefits. For one of the global FMCG leaders. You will be responsible for the individual package development for cross border moves, financial costing, and compliance framework from a legal, immigration, tax and social security perspective. You will ensure solid understanding, interpretation and administration of expatriate compensation and benefits policies. You will have held a minimum of 4 years experience in a Compensation & Benefits role, preferably in the region within a large multinational company. Experience with international assignments a must as is experience within a financial/tax/technical background. Excellent numerical skills and analytical skills an absolute must. Email CV quoting Ref.
