Senior Office Administrator (Legal) AED 17,000 to 18,000 + Benefits / Abu Dhabi. Our client prides itself on its integrity, work ethics, the quality of its legal service and its people. With approximately 700 lawyers worldwide, this organisation is now expanding further into the Middle East region and will shortly be setting up local offices in Abu Dhabi. You will be working very closely with the Dubai based Office Manager and will have her full guidance and support in establishing an Abu Dhabi presence. This is a pivotal role and will be multi faceted, especially in the early stages of set up, embracing legal secretarial, office administration and management responsibilities. You will play an instrumental part in establishing the office, implementing policies and procedures and will ultimately play a large part in running the operation. Our client needs someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The ideal candidate will be able to work on his/her own initiative and as part of this small team. You have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of business, so you will need to be able to prioritise, manage and track multiple activities and tasks. Strong customer service ethos and confidence in problem solving and resolution are key criteria and you will be bright, flexible, efficient and willing to learn this role quickly in order to provide maximum value in a continually growing business. Excellent audio typing skills are required with a speed of at least 60wpm together with the ability to produce high quality, accurate work. The successful candidate will be of a pleasant and friendly nature, well organised and have a proactive and helpful approach to work, to complement the friendly working environment and ethos of the company.
