A leading publishing establishment in Bahrain is in need of a potential person to join its team for the following position: IT In-charge & Network Administrator. Main Duties: Handle the IT Department and ensure its smooth functioning. Proven experience in installing, maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting CISCO call manager, other IP technology devises and unified communications systems. Proven experience in installing, configuring, managing and securing high-end Routers, Switches, Network Security devices such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, ACS, Anti-Virus, etc. Knowledge of FTP and PROXY Servers, domain based servers. Well experienced in preparing IT security policies, security standards, procedures and industry best practices. Providing advice to other managers/team members on overall IT and networking issues and planning. Implementing and controlling the security aspects of IT systems and networks by creating best practice processes, procedures and different users and network security policies. Desired Candidates Profile: Bachelor's Degree (B. Sc.) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. At least 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or Networking.
