HR Business Partner (Arabic Speaking) / Up to AED 23,000 / Dubai - If you have five to six years of strong generalist HR experience, then our client, a leading multinational in the FMCG industry, would be interested to meet you. This is an opportunity to join a very industrious and capable regional team and work with true professionals. They seek an Arabic speaker who has worked across the broader HR function and who is capable of working as a true business partner. The role will encompass responsibility for manpower planning, recruitment and talent development, performance management, employee relations and some training and development. You will provide advice to line managers and work closely within the business to ensure that the human resources strategies and activities are closely aligned with the business strategies and plans. You will be expected to work on various projects that are implemented from time to time. To be considered for this role, you will be educated to degree level, preferably in Human Resources and must have a minimum of five years experience in an HR generalist role. Previous experience in an MNC would be preferred, and you must have worked previously within the MENA region. Our client has specified a distinct preference for Arabic speaking candidates although you must also be fully fluent in English. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should have experience in working within an ERP environment. You will be capable of interacting effectively at all levels within an organisation and will have demonstrable negotiation and influencing skills. Please submit your CV
