PR Lead / Attractive Package / Qatar - Our client was established in 2007 and is a government-owned global marketing company selling to the world’s highest value markets and supporting the country's increasing natural gas and oil production. They are currently looking to recruit a PR Coordinator. In this role, you will be supporting the Public Relations Manager in all the organisational PR activities as well as assisting the manager in the department budget preparation. You will be actively involved in the compilation and management of all the PR-related materials, which include the company’s magazine, website and corporate profiles, whilstalso supervising the press releases, statements and other media matters. All of the company’s promotional exhibitions will be managed by you, from venue selection through to stand designs, and sourcing and managing suitable materials for the activities on the exhibition date. VIP guests will need assistance in setting up their visit schedules and this will involve your arranging appropriate passes, documents and visits to sites and exhibitions. You will also be held responsible for ensuring that smooth customer relations are built and maintained. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have a minimum of 12 years international public relations experience, handling regional and global projects or events within a worldwide recognised PR firm, preferably in the oil and gas field.
