Personal Assistant / AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 + Benefits / Dubai - Our client is a regional financial services company focused on direct investments in early stage business opportunities. Via its advisory and venture capital activities, they assist entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses in launching new businesses or expanding and advancing regionally. With extensive experience in building successful corporate entities, they continue to make rapid advancements within the region with ongoing success. Due to this development, there now exists an opportunity for a professional and highly corporate Personal Assistant to join their team. This individual will support the CIO who is based in Dubai, and will also provide remote support to a Principal Director, based in the UK. The role will report directly to the Senior Personal Assistant who supports the Chairman of the Company. The role requires a large amount of initiative and forward planning as schedules are constantly changing, and time management is of vital importance to these individuals. You will be able to handle a pressurised investment environment, managing complex travel and diary arrangements, coordinating several tasks at once and meeting proposal deadlines. Excellent coordination and organsational skills are paramount, and you will also need to have a strong but flexible personality and be at ease in the high-powered corridors of corporate and investment banking. Although PA experience in the financial services sector is desirable, personality and key attributes are important to our client and they will consider candidates with experience in other industry sectors.
