MOBILE ASSISTANT CLIENT AMBASSADOR - FINANCE. Attractive Salary. Plus Benefits. For a financial services company based in ABU DHABI. Assisting the Client Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a world-class, customer-focused service, for collecting data and compiling feedback reports and for making and maintaining accurate records when monitoring observations. You will also be responsible for contacting clients to assess their service experience and for completing the mystery shopping element for all parts of the business. You must have proven customer service abilities with highly developed listening and observation skills. You must work with a high degree of accuracy and have had previous experience in providing constructive feedback in reporting form. UAE driver’s license an absolute must. Email CV Ref.
