ASST. GATEWAY MANAGER FINANCIAL SERVICES – AUH. Attractive Salary Plus Benefits. Reporting to the Gateway Manager, you will be responsible for managing the call centre and reception teams including training, monitoring and call centre operations. You will ensure a world-class customer-centric call centre and that total quality management and control are established. You will assess efficiency of current policies and procedures and suggest areas of improvement. You must have had a minimum of 3 years experience in a leading customer services role and be currently working as an Assistant Manager or a Team Leader in a UAE-based call centre. Experience in call monitoring, coaching, training and MI design a must as are proven customer service skills. Knowledge of UAE mortgage products and UAE driving license imperative. Email CV Ref.
