Our company is a security services provider to the Luxury Goods and Prestige Fashion sector. We are currently recruiting male and female security personnel for full-time roles within one of the world’s leading fashion brands in Dubai.
1) Security/ Customer Service agents
The ideal candidates will be from a security and/or customer service background with experience within the prestige retail or hospitality sectors; must be extremely well-presented in a style which is appropriate to our client’s brand identity.
He/ She must demonstrate all of the following competencies:
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• the ability to work effectively within a team
• sound judgment and discretion
• the ability to respond quickly and effectively to alerts and threatening situations
• flexibility; can adapt to demanding routines and long hours
He/She should be:
• Fluent in Arabic and English and/or in Arabic and Russian ( knowledge of French is a distinct advantage)
• Educated to secondary level or beyond
