ARAB LEGAL & COMPLIANCE OFFICER - FINANCIAL SERVICES CO., DIFC. Attractive Salary. For a prestigious financial services company within the DIFC. The applicant will have a Degree in Law and at least 5 years of experience in property law and general law in the UAE. You must be able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English. You will be responsible for legal research and advice, developing administrative regulations, dispute resolutions & the legal implications along with the preparation of complaints and following up litigation within the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. You will liaise between the CEO and company lawyers on legal matters; conduct and oversee research into a variety of legal issues related to Credit Bureaus; provide legal structures and policies. Applicants must be commercially minded and assertive, with a proven track record in a corporate legal capacity. Working knowledge of the UAE laws is a MUST.
