COMPLIANCE & LEGAL OFFICER, PRIVATE BANK – ABU DHABI. Attractive Salary & Benefits. For a private bank in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for all compliance-related issues of the company, including liaison with the necessary external bodies, conducting compliance reviews in accordance with local and international standards, and reviewing legal aspects of potential investments. You will be required to draft, negotiate and review fund-related documents. Applications are invited from candidates with previous Legal and Compliance experience working at management level within a Private Bank or Retail Banking environment. Experience within the UAE is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to work independently and represent the company at the highest level.
