SENIOR CALL CENTRE MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING - QAR 35,000 Plus Benefits. Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the Middle East’s newest and fastest growing Islamic / conventional banks. They have ambitious plans to expand and build on their already existing brand within the Middle East. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Call Centre Manager to focus on a multitude of disciplines across the retail banking sector. The successful candidate will have five to seven years banking / insurance / telecommunications experience within a call centre environment. You will have a track record within management and have looked after 100 plus call centre agents. Ideally, the successful candidate will have been involved in the setup of previous call centres. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in both outgoing and incoming call centre environments, preferably from a multinational financial services centre / bank with specific focus on financial products and alternative channels. You will have excellent written and spoken English, Arabic would be an advantage.
