DESIGN MANAGER, Location Dubai - Our client, a world-leading standing seam roofing and wall cladding system in the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Design Manager with the following qualities: Behavioral Competencies: Leadership, strategic thinking, time, cost and quality consciousness and interpersonal skills. Job Specific Skills: Design management skills, planning and organizational skills, risk management skills, negotiation skills, people management skills and good communication skills. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Experience: Should have 6-8 years of construction design experience including at least 3 years in a project design and management role. Preferably with experience in the cladding industry. Qualifications Required: Graduate in Engineering (Structural) or Architecture. Knowledge of seam roofing and wall cladding systems is preferred. UAE driving license is a must. Salary As Per the Industry Standards.
